We connect grads to the most innovative companies through a rather straightforward — and dare we say, easy — process.
Employers provide details on their hiring needs by filling out a form on our website, specifying the job role, required skills, and desired qualifications.
Our team reviews the employer’s requirements and matches them with graduates from our pool of highly skilled data professionals. We consider both technical and soft skills to ensure the best fit for the role.
The employer receives a shortlist of top candidates, along with their CVs, project portfolios, and assessment reports. Employers have the option to conduct interviews with any or all of the shortlisted candidates.
Employers can set up virtual or in-person interviews with the shortlisted candidates. If needed, we assist in organizing technical assessments or real-world project evaluations to further assess candidates’ abilities.
Once an employer selects a candidate, we streamline the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition. To provide our graduates with real-world experience, we place interns at no cost, but require employers to offer a fair stipend.
